5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Instant Sheds are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. Instant Sheds will repair or replace any components that fail to provide reasonable service under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Unitized Steel Frame Insulated SIP Panel Structure
When Instant Sheds are unfolded all of the Insulated Floor, Walls and Roof SIP Panels are structurally locked together to create an Unitized Steel Frame Insulated SIP Panel Structure. Instant Sheds do not require a separate gravel or concrete foundation due to the inherent strength of the entire structure. The end-user can opt to locate the Instant Shed on a separate gravel, concrete or wood frame foundation.
CSIPS: 4 Inch Galvanized Steel Reinforced Fiber Cement Structural Insulated Panels
CSIPS offer Superior Structural Strength, Thermal Protection and Maintenance Free Performance over Wood Frame Sheds. All Instant Sheds Foundation Floors, Walls and Roof Panels are engineered and constructed with 4 Inch Galvanized Steel Reinforced Fiber Cement Structural Insulated Panels (CSIPS).
Instant Sheds CSIPS provide unmatched structural integrity, thermal protection and maintenance free performance against all climate and weather conditions. Instant Sheds are far superior to Wood Frame Sheds that are prone to water, fire, mold, mildew and termite damage.
Interior and Exterior Fiber Cement Sheathing
Instant Sheds Exterior Walls, Interior Walls, Floors and Ceilings are manufactured with “Fire-Resistant”, “Impact-Resistant”, “Water-Resistant” and “Mold and Mildew Resistant” Fiber Cement Sheathing.
Instant Sheds Interior and Exterior Fiber Cement Sheathing can be painted any color to match your specific design style.
Integrated Foundation Leveling Pads
Most Wood Frame and Steel Sheds require the extra time and expense of constructing a gravel or concrete foundation to be properly installed. Instant Sheds have Integrated Foundation Leveling Pads that allow the structure to be easily leveled on uneven surfaces and on different ground and terrain conditions. Helical Screw Anchors are included to secure the Instant Sheds to the ground.

6 Inch Roof Eaves Overhang are Standard on all Instant Shed Models
6 Inch Roof Eaves provide excellent protection from all types of weather conditions and directs rainwater and snow melt away from the shed walls and foundation. In addition, 6 Inch Roof Eaves prevent water infiltration, siding damage, and ground erosion around the shed perimeter.
